   Northern Bituminous Mix is based in Fulton, and has been producing a complete line of asphalt paving materials since 1972 --- including base, binder, and top mixes --- supplying both contractors and municipalities.
    Starting with the mining of our own aggregates, we are able to maintain total quality control over our bituminous products from start to finish. Our bituminous has been used in thousands of private, commercial and state applications throughout Central New York. All materials have approved ratings from driveway application to NYS approved materials for road construction.
